    If you are returning what is called ‘oversize item’ you will be shocked/surprised at the shipping costs. I learned (a bit late since I shipped it USPS) that FedEx is the CHEAPEST way to go BY FAR. You can choose a slow, delayed delivery date and save a TON of money.

    We had an issue with our old but faithful dryer and I got bold enough to research how to fix it ourselves. I discovered Repair Clinic, watched the video, ordered the part, received the part in a timely manner, made my husband watch the video, and I/we fixed the dryer-he supplied the muscle-and voile! Their magnet is on the side of the washer in the laundry room so whenever we have an issue in the future they will be the first point of reference…do we fix it or call someone in? An absolute resource esp. for first time and new home owners. Thanks for being a source for those of us on limited income or brave enough to do it ourselves.
