Internet Retailer cited RepairClinic.com’s 2,000+ free how-to repair videos and reliable troubleshooting content as the leading reason the website was included in this year’s list.
“The site aims to offer consumers easy-to-follow instructions, as well as the required parts,” the Internet Retailer editors explained. “Videos are geared to consumers with little experience doing repairs.”
