In 2012, we began shipping to Canadian homes and businesses – and we’ve been warmly embraced by our northern neighbors. Also in 2012, we became one of the first online stores to make it easy for homeowners and do it yourselfers to buy parts for DIY heating and cooling equipment repair.
We’re adding to our inventory across all product lines but particularly for outdoor power equipment and heating and cooling equipment.
To accommodate this rapidly growing inventory, we’ve been reorganizing, adding equipment and streamlining processes in our warehouse.
A vertical lift module was installed last week. A vertical lift module is distribution lingo for a nifty a device that efficiently stores and gives easy access to a high volume of products. This will create more shelf space for more popular products, enabling us to retrieve items faster and more efficiently than ever before.
We’re excited about this and the many improvements we have planned – all designed to better serve our customers.
