Our Growth and Evolution

  • 1999: RepairClinic.com launched with a focus on appliance parts and repair guidance. Experienced repair technicians were among our first hires, establishing the technical expertise that defines us today.
  • 2000: Expanded our website to include troubleshooting guides, maintenance tips, and diagnostic help, recognizing that DIYers needed more than just a parts catalog.
  • 2004: Moved into a facility in Canton, Michigan to accommodate rapid growth. Opened a retail location for local customers.
