Since Valentine’s Day is next week, we’ll take this opportunity to be a little mushy: we adore our customers. Always have, always will.
Journalists often ask us, “Who exactly are your three million customers?” We smile and explain that our customers make up a diverse community including every age and skill level across the U.S. and Canada: homeowners, DIY-repair newbies, DIY repair enthusiasts, repair technicians, landscaping businesses, property managers and more.
We know this because we hear from our customers every day.
Last month, we heard from more of you than ever before. In addition to calling and emailing, you’re spreading the word about us by tweeting to your followers, recommending us to friends on our Facebook page, commenting on our YouTube videos and writing shopping-experience reviews on Google Trusted Stores.
Thank you so much. We love it.
Maria Ibanez-Pizarro, who’s part of RepairClinic.com’s Purchasing team, explained it well:
“It absolutely makes my day every time I hear a customer’s successful repair story,” Maria said. “You can feel the excitement in their words. They love the sense of accomplishment and the money saving. It’s inspiring when they feel so empowered by their appliance and equipment repairs, they plan to take on more DIY projects in their homes. As a RepairClinic.com staff member, I feel like our customers really appreciate what we do here. It’s a mutual feeling! I’m grateful for them. It’s great to be part of something big here.”
Your stories make us smile and keep us dedicated to making fixing things easier.
Have you checked out our free troubleshooting and repair help system recently? We’re always enhancing it with additional content and more how-to videos. In fact, we’re up to 1,500+ videos that are viewed about 45,000 times every day!
Alright, now, tell us! What have you fixed lately? How much money do you think you’ve saved? Or, what do you like about RepairClinic.com? Let us know in the comments below.
Here’s this month’s giveaway to help with your next home project. I gave it a mushy name. It’s nearly Valentine’s Day so I can get away with that.
